High-quality manufacturing technology ensures that the valve is tightly sealed and the timing is accurate, thus eliminating backfire.

 

Once backfire occurs, the check valve will quickly close to cut off the gas source, and the safety valve will quickly open to release the excessive pressure to ensure safety. Advanced AVL combustion analyzer, Danish smoke meter, American exhaust test emission instrument, etc. are adopted.

 

 

The biogas engine test room has a dedicated gas transmission pipeline, which can simulate gas, biogas and other combustible gases for unit testing. There are 8 test benches, each of which is equipped with an advanced microcomputer system for tracking, testing, debugging and testing of biogas units before leaving the factory, and problems that arise can be analyzed, recorded and handled.
